Going green

Drove past this house on a rainy day, decided to come see it again when weather was more friendly.
Another perfect specimen for the Empty Spaces album. Mother nature swallowed this house whole, there are trees growing inside the house and ivy climbing almost every wall. I walk uneasy underneath the old wooden floorboards, because the smell of rotting wood is quite strong.

Barely visible house.

An old furnace, or a fireplace maybe.

My favorite.

“May you always have walls for the winds, a roof for the rain, tea beside the fire, laughter to cheer you, those you love near you.”
 Irish blessing

I find this Irish blessing to be very much in it's place, and I'm not saying this because of all the green color. :-)
